Ingredients
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 Bottle Red Wine
- 1 sprig Fresh Thyme
- 50g Butter
- Fresh Parsley
- 150ml Beef Stock
- 750g Beef
- 1 tbsp Plain Flour
- 1 Onion
- 200g Shallots whole
- 100g Smoked Bacon
- 1/2 head Garlic
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Sticks Celery
- 175g Mushrooms
Method
- Coat the Beef in the flour and seasoning
- Brown the meat with the onions and other Vegetables.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and transfer to a casserole.
- Cook slowly until the meat is tender.
