Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
- Butter
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 1 tsp Tarragon
- 150g Mushrooms
- 1 Leek
- 175ml White Wine
- 1 clove Garlic
- 300ml Chicken Stock
Method
- Fry the Chicken, Garlic, Leek and Onion until brown.
- Add the Mushrooms and fry until juices come out
- Add the Wine and burn off.
- Add the Stock tarragon and Tomato Puree.
- Serve with Mash Potato
