Ingredients
- 12g Butter
- Pinch Nutmeg
- 12g Flour
- 2 Slices of Cheese
- 2 Slices of Crusty Bread
- 1 Egg
- 120ml Milk
- 2 Slices of Good Ham
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Method
- Melt the Butter in a pan.
- Slowly stir in the flout over the heat to make a basic white sauce.
- Add the Mustard, Nutmeg and saesoning.
- Toast Bread Lightly
- Arrange Ham and Cheese on the bread and top with the sauce
- Grill until browned.
- Serve topped with a fried Egg
