French toast

Ingredients

  • 25g butter
  • 2 slices of thick white bread
  • 2 eggs

Method

  1. Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl large enough to fit a slice of bread in.
  2. Dip the bread in the egg mixture and coat on both sides
  3. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the bread on each side until golden brown.
