Mushroom and Feta Pasta

Ingredients

  • 5 Anchovy Fillets
  • 50g Feta cheese cubed
  • 150g Penne
  • 4 Portabello Mushrooms
  • 50g Black Olives
  • 1 Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped

Method

  1. Add the onion, anchovies and garlic to a pan and fry until brown.
  2. Add the mushrooms and olives and fry until cooked
  3. Add the Feta and cooked pasta to the pan and mix
