Ingredients
- 5 Anchovy Fillets
- 50g Feta cheese cubed
- 150g Penne
- 4 Portabello Mushrooms
- 50g Black Olives
- 1 Onion thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
Method
- Add the onion, anchovies and garlic to a pan and fry until brown.
- Add the mushrooms and olives and fry until cooked
- Add the Feta and cooked pasta to the pan and mix
