Ingredients

  • 1tsp salt
  • 500g strong flour
  • 325ml warm water
  • 7g dry yeast

Method

  1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl
  2. Add yeast to warm water until dissolved
  3. Add water and yeast mix to flour and mix until combined
  4. Empty onto well floured worktop and knead.
  5. Rest in a warm place covered with a damp cloth for at least 2 hours.
