Ingredients
- 1tsp salt
- 500g strong flour
- 325ml warm water
- 7g dry yeast
Method
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl
- Add yeast to warm water until dissolved
- Add water and yeast mix to flour and mix until combined
- Empty onto well floured worktop and knead.
- Rest in a warm place covered with a damp cloth for at least 2 hours.
