Ingredients
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 230 ml chicken stock
- Greek extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 small bunch fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 4 Potatoes cut into wedges
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a oven proof dish and roast for 40 minutes.
