Spicy cajun chicken and bean stew

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 100g Breadcrumbs
  • 100g Plain Flour
  • 400ml Chicken Stock
  • 1 tsp Chilli
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 can Beans

Method

  1. Mix the Breadcrumbs with the Spices and Seasoning.
  2. Coat the Chicken with Flour then Egg then Breadcrumb mix.
  3. Cook the Onions with the beans spices and stock.
  4. Fry the chicken until Golden and cooked, serve with the Bean Stew.
