Stir fry chicken and pineapple

Ingredients
- 500g Chicken
- Chilli Flakes
- Spring Onion
- 2 inch Fresh Ginger
- 1 small Onion Chopped
- 200g can Pineapple Chunks
- 1 Clove garlic
- 3 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
Method
- Mix Cornflour and Soy Sauce to form a paste
- Cover Chicken in the mix and fry in the oil
- Add Garlic, Onion, Ginger to the pan and fry until brown
- Add the Pineapple with Juice and Chilli flakes
- Simmer until cooked, serve with Rice and chopped Spring Onion
