Ingredients
- 2 thick slices bread
- 125g grated cheese
- 125g sliced mushrooms
- tomato ketchup
Method
- Suate the mushrooms in a pan until soft and cooked.
- Under a grill toast the bread on one side
- Layer the mushrooms on the untoasted side of the bread.
- Cover with grated cheese and grill until the cheese is metled.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
