Ingredients
- 400 g Strong white flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 300 ml water
- 1 tsp bakers yeast
Method
- Mix the yeast into the water
- Sieve the flour into a bowl, add sugar and salt and mix
- Fold in water and yeast mix roughly to form a dough, cover with cling film and a tea towel, leave over night to prove.
- The following day flour a suitable surface and tip out the dough. Fold the dough to remove air and cover for 30 minutes.
- Place a clear casserole dish in the oven to warm and preheat oven to 260 degrees Celsius. Round 20 minutes.
- Carefully tip the dough into the dish, cover and place in the oven.
