Ingredients
- 170g self raising flour
- 85g beef suet
- 1tsp salt
- Water
- 1tsp sage
Method
- Combine the flour, suet and herbs in a bowl
- Gradually add water and mix until all the ingredients combine.
- Form into balls and steam for about 10 minutes.
