Ingredients

  • 170g self raising flour
  • 85g beef suet
  • 1tsp salt
  • Water
  • 1tsp sage

Method

  1. Combine the flour, suet and herbs in a bowl
  2. Gradually add water and mix until all the ingredients combine.
  3. Form into balls and steam for about 10 minutes.
