Ingredients
- 1tsp salt
- 400g strong flour
- 220ml room temperature water
- 2g dry yeast
- 18g Olive oil
Method
- Place water and yeast in a large mixing bowl.
- Add flour, salt and olive oil and mix.
- Move onto a flat surface and kneed well.
- Cover and leave to rise until doubled in size.
