Ingredients

  • 1tsp salt
  • 400g strong flour
  • 220ml room temperature water
  • 2g dry yeast
  • 18g Olive oil

Method

  1. Place water and yeast in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add flour, salt and olive oil and mix.
  3. Move onto a flat surface and kneed well.
  4. Cover and leave to rise until doubled in size.
