Tomato, bacon and black garlic spaghetti

Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes
- 6 cloves Original Black Garlic
- 3 tbsp. of Original Black Garlic Paste
- 1 large onion
- 15 rashers smoked streaky bacon
- 2 dry chillies
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
Method
- Slice the onion
- Slice the bacon into approx 1-2cm pieces in size
- Place your quartered tomatoes and Original Black Garlic whole cloves into a blender & blitz until a liquid is formed.
- Fry the bacon in shallow oil until it’s crispy then remove and put aside in a paper napkin to absorb any excess fat and keep the bacon crispy.
- Fry the onions and the dried chillies together in a pan.
- Add the blitzed liquid and the tinned tomatoes and stir thoroughly.
- Add the crispy bacon and stir.
- Stir in the Original Black Garlic paste along with
- Salt and Pepper to personal taste.
- Bring to the boil to reduce. Gently stirring occasionally.
- Add your pasta, give it a gentle toss and serve.
