Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- Grated mozzarella
- 200g plum tomatoes blended
- Pepperoni sliced
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 250C.
- Sprinkle semolina in the baking tray generously.
- Stretch the pizza dough out into the tray.
- Using spoon spread tomato onto the base in a thin layer.
- Put in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Add the pepperoni and cheese toppings
- Put back in the over for another 4-5 minutes monitor to ensure it is baked but not overdone.
